How can Bloc manufacture and ship custom window shades the same day?

Unlike our competitors, who typically take 10-15 working days to fulfill orders, Bloc uses an advanced automated, robotic production technology called Dreamaker. This state-of-the-art system streamlines the entire manufacturing process, from cutting and assembling to quality control. As a result, we can produce and ship your custom window shades on the same day for orders received by 8am CT (subject to inventory), without compromising on quality or precision. Can I have a tour of Dreamaker?

Tours of our Dreamaker facility are exclusive and by invitation only. We offer this opportunity to select customers to provide a behind-the-scenes look at our advanced automated production process.
